Terms of use and content responsibility
1. Scope
SecNet.Work provides an invitation-only professional network, knowledge sharing, careers, training simulations, a company directory and member technology listings. This draft awaits operator details and jurisdiction review. It is not a global compliance certificate or an unlimited exclusion of liability.
2. Membership and representation
Use accurate account details, do not impersonate others and keep credentials private. Company representatives must have authority to publish company details and logos. Membership acceptance does not grant advertising or marketing permission.
3. Content and intellectual property
Only upload text, logos, images and other material you have the right to share. Rights remain with their owners. You permit hosting and display within your chosen visibility to operate, deliver and moderate the service. This is not an unrestricted licence to resell content or use it in unrelated advertising. Display of a brand does not imply endorsement.
4. Prohibited material
Do not publish unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or misleading material, unauthorized personal data, passwords, access keys, trade secrets or vulnerability details you may not disclose. Technology Market listings must concern lawful items you may sell or request. Remove personal data from devices before handover.
5. Member opinions and professional information
Members speak for themselves; their contributions are not platform opinions or guarantees. Assess accuracy and suitability independently. Content is not a substitute for legal, medical, investment or binding professional advice. Simulation scores must not be used alone to decide professional competence or employment suitability.
6. Companies and commercial labels
Approved company profile means publication review is complete and the listing period is active. It does not verify company identity, certification, product safety or service quality. Directory publication requires administrator review and an active term. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms must be supplied separately. These terms do not authorize automatic renewal or payment. Sponsored placements are labelled.
7. Technology Market
Publishers describe prices, condition and delivery arrangements. This release does not collect transaction payments or arrange delivery. Check the parties and terms before transacting. Communication through the platform is not a seller commitment or product endorsement by the operator. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable platform duties remain.
8. Reports and review
Use the report control beside content or the Contact page. Supply the content address, reason, relevant rights or authority, and contact information without unnecessary personal data or secrets. Reports are reviewed in context; visibility restrictions, removal or suspension may follow. Use the same contact channel to challenge a decision. Requests from competent authorities are evaluated separately.
9. Limits of responsibility
Publishers are responsible for their own contributions and transactions under applicable law. These terms do not remove the operator’s responsibility for its own conduct, data protection duties, legally required action or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Uninterrupted service, absolute security, sales and employment outcomes are not guaranteed. Mandatory law and consumer rights prevail; individual cases depend on their circumstances.
10. Records and changes
The accepted membership text version, language and server transaction time are recorded. Acknowledging a privacy notice is not consent to a separate purpose. Material changes require appropriate notice and renewed agreement where required; continued browsing is not blanket acceptance. Governing law, competent authorities and operator details remain subject to jurisdiction review.
