Data use and privacy
Account and membership
Firebase Authentication provides sign-in, and PostgreSQL on Google Cloud stores membership and content. Email, profile, invitation and platform activity records are stored to operate the service.
Visibility
Stealth mode changes your identity as seen by other members; it does not provide anonymity from platform administrators. Anonymous talent profiles hide your name; identifying information you enter in your summary is not automatically removed.
Private content
Listing owners can see their responses, and conversation participants can see their messages. Authorized administrators may review reported content. Account and security actions are recorded.
Cookies and preferences
The session cookie lasts one hour. A legacy language preference cookie may remain for up to one year but no longer changes the site language. Muting official accounts is stored in your browser. This version uses no third-party advertising tracking scripts. Sponsor links lead to external sites.
Requests
Send access, correction or deletion requests to the support address below. Deletion requests are handled after identity verification and review of records that need to be retained.
File attachments
PDF and image attachments are stored privately in Google Cloud Storage. Only active members with access to the associated post or conversation can download them. Privacy and intellectual property rules apply to files.
Partner applications
Company, contact person, business email, website, service topics and package preference submitted in a partner application are used by authorized administrators to review the application and communicate about it. Applications are stored in the administrator workspace and sent by transactional email to partner@secnet.work for review. They are not published in the directory; applying does not grant marketing permission or membership.
Sponsored content frequency
When sponsored delivery is enabled, the server stores account ID, day and used placements to limit advertising frequency. Prior-day counters are removed on the next enabled delivery request. These records are not personal advertising profiles, click tracking or billable impression measurements. Sponsored links open third-party sites.

Partner community indicators
Self-described titles on active public profiles and public TLP:CLEAR posts from the last 30 days are used to provide aggregate topic and role indicators to partners. Stealth profiles, private messages and closed communities are excluded. Small groups are suppressed and counts rounded down; company comparisons show categories rather than names. Open requests from the last 30 days contribute to topic-level demand, and declared company services contribute to aggregate coverage comparisons. Each company can see the current-state summary of its own proposals from the last 90 days. These indicators are not individual advertising targeting or verified buying intent.
Purposes, recipients and retention
Account, content, company contacts, career evaluations, references and games serve distinct purposes. Conversations are visible to participants and career reports to their authorized requester. Provider access and legal requests require separate assessment. Legal bases, providers, locations, retention and backup deletion schedules must be finalized with operator details. This draft is not an approved retention schedule.
Security and rights
Session, membership and content-access controls are implemented; absolute security is not promised. Applicable access, correction, deletion, objection and other requests can be made through the contact channel with proportionate identity verification. Hiring assessments require human review. International-transfer mechanisms and local representation require separate finalization.
