Include the affected URL or feature, expected and observed behavior, reproduction steps and possible impact. Do not send passwords, session tokens, verification codes or unnecessary personal data.
Safe investigation
Verify only with your own accounts and permitted data without disrupting the service. Do not access, copy, change or publish other people’s accounts or data. Avoid high-volume automated scans and social engineering. If further evidence is needed, agree on a secure sharing method by email first.
Scope and follow-up
